I recently moved to the area from Worcester and was sad about leaving my favorite diners behind. My fiance and I go out to to breakfast every Sunday. Nellie Rose is by FAR on top of our favorite breakfast places list. The homemade corned beef hash is to die for and the cinnamon raisin toast is my favorite! We’ve been a lot and I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service. I love all the gals that work there, I usually sit at the counter and love watching the kitchen do their thing.

This is my new favorite breakfast place, so glad I gave another one of their locations a try. I have a list of places to try and always end up here. Quaint little place that is decorated nicely. Food is spectacular and all the waitresses are very welcoming. Brenda is the best and is always so friendly and attentive. They are closed on Wednesday.

Not only is the food amazing ( especially their homemade hash, you WONT find any other place as good ) — but their staff makes the whole experience that much better! Brenda’s warm smile and great attitude shines bright every time you see her. Cassandra’s spirit and helpful nature help carry the high energy and beautiful atmosphere here. I’ve never been disappointed with food, or service here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERY TIME! When in doubt — GO TO NELLIE ROSE IN WHITMAN (and ask for Brenda and Cass)

First time there and very happily pleased!! We had the steak tips and eggs platter, so yummy I ordered spinach and broccoli on the side instead of potatoes and they were able to accommodate with freshly sauteed veggies. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere and service were great

UPDATE: I finally got to eat at the restaurant. Better than I remembered. Great service, laid back atmosphere. Very good food. My friend liked it alot. Prices were pretty good. Definitely a must visit in Whitman. Small business doing it right!!! Adding a star Pretty good. Cinnamon Swirl French Toast is really good. Good Bacon. I like the corn bread but my friend didn't. Her Eggs were cooked perfectly. I will definitely go back.
